Roots to Sky was created from a deep commitment to changing lives through healing-centred, trauma-informed and relationship-driven care for children, youth and families across Ontario.
We exist because too many children are misunderstood instead of supported.
Too many youth are labelled instead of listened to.
Too many families are left carrying complex challenges alone.
We believe that can change.
And we are here to be part of that change.

The Roots to Sky Journey

Roots to Sky Child & Family Services honours the traditional and ancestral lands of the Atikameksheng Anishnawbek and the Wahnapitae First Nation, within the Robinson-Huron Treaty Territory of 1850.
For countless generations, Indigenous Peoples have cared for these lands, waters, forests and communities with wisdom, strength and deep respect for all living things. We honour their enduring connection to this land and recognize their role as the original stewards and knowledge keepers of these territories.
As an organization dedicated to supporting children, youth, young adults and families, we acknowledge the impacts of colonization, residential schools, systemic inequities and intergenerational trauma that continue to affect individuals, families and communities today.
